确实是，很多人被忽悠, 都不知道起诉了什么罪，什么罪名成立了。

1. Hush money is not a crime

2. Paying the hush money back to the lawyer is not a crime

3. Labeling it as legal expense is not a fraud, not a crime (别说什么作假，律师所的账单上，汽油费也可以是legal expense，就是一个category)

4. Falsifying records to cover up a crime is felony, except what crime was he trying to cover up? Even if he falsified records (see 3). 

5. Covering up negative news to influence election? That's called election campaigning for every candidates, not a crime.
