Under the NY prosecutors’ theory, those are guilty as well?

The prosecutor in NY DJT case made the argument that he did this trying to “influence” the 2016 election…so does that mean Hillary is guilty of a crime for Steele dossier? What about MSM for suppressing the Hunter Biden story? The point being is they want to get Trump at all costs, but does the left wing media realize under the NY prosecutors’ theory, they’re guilty as well?
