Ask Congress to block Trump from ballot due to insurrection

Why not ask the Congress to remove Trump from 2024 presidential ballot since Congress has previously determined that Trump committed: 1) Obstruction of an official proceeding; 2) Conspiracy to defraud the United States; 3) Conspiracy to knowingly make a false statement; 4) Assisting, aiding or comforting an insurrection. In addition, Trump leaked classified information to his handler Putin in his classified document case. That's espionage and acting as foreign agent and is “given aid or comfort to the enemies”.

The Constitution has said explicitly, as well as the supreme court's ruling, that only CONGRESS can make such decision to remove a candidate off the ballot, by a vote of 2/3 of each house. With 1/3 of republican voters chose Nikki over Trump + 1/2 of congressmen democrat, I hope congress can pass such bill.

No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice-President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any State, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any State, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability."
