Trump must file by next Monday with the Supreme Court the application for stay of the ruling of the DC Circuit Court of Appeals pending the filing of writ of certiorari. If the SC grants the stay (need 5 justices to agree), the SC will likely take the case on a expedited basis and issues the decision on or before June 30. If the SC denies the stay, Judge Chutkin's scheduled trial will proceed in March.
