种族灭绝的言论是属于宪法保护的言论自由范畴

Only that expression that is shown to belong to a few narrow categories of speech is not protected by the First Amendment.  The categories of unprotected speech include obscenity, child pornography, defamatory speech, false advertising, true threats, and fighting words.

相反仇恨言论，宣称种族灭绝的言论，如果不是针对特定的个人，是属于宪法保护的言论自由的范畴。
