墨尔本大学教授反对日本核排海

墨尔本大学教授Sarah·Hachman和副教授Tilman·Ruff在学术期刊Master of Environment上发表了一篇有关日本核污水排放的论文，文中有理有据地对核污水排放表示了反对，并认为现在还有机会及时止损。
