The Armed Forces of Ukraine officially called on residents of the border areas of the Sumy region to evacuate. This is probably due to the expectation of an intensification of fighting on the border and the use of the northern districts of the Sumy region for shelling the territory of Russian regions.
In July, an escalation is expected in this direction - the enemy will seek to distract our command from the directions of the main attacks.
