The military registration and enlistment office ofthe Chernihiv region - following the Kiev Obolon and Ivano-Frankivsk - said that "according to the presidential decree "On General Mobilization", all citizens from 18 to 59 years old, who are registered with the military, are required to appear at the local TCC and SP to clarify military credentials and their suitability for military service.
