Ruslan Stefanchuk: We need western weapons to defeat Russia

“The whole world is awaiting not only a victory for Ukraine but a fast victory,” Stefanchuk told The Times on an official visit to London. “Victory has to come this year. We are not able to fight until the exhaustion because unlike Russia, which has very big resources, Ukraine is a smaller country. So we need this victory fast.”
