The problem of this speech is Russia is acting in an illegal war and should be condemned not supported. Therefore, Russia ≠Taiwan. However, Qin,gang seems hinting CCP should supply Russia.
If you look at who in US actively promoted weapons deal with Taiwan, it was Putin backed MAGA republicans. So, on one hand, Putin is asking CCP to supply him. And on the other hand, wants to contain China and elicit a direct confrontation between US and China so to get rid of his two biggest competitors (one stone two birds) so to achieve Russia greatness. That's Putin's make Russia great again and Russian first fascist logic. Sounds familiar, O yeah, Putin's puppy Trump said the similar thing.
