I think it is on the right direction no matter who said it. Politicians want war but people don't. In 21^st century, if CCP wants to reunify Taiwan, it's not simply dependent on who has bigger missiles. CCP or whoever leads China will have to win Taiwan people's hearts and minds first.

I think most Taiwanese wants to reunify. At some point, a referendum is more appropriate than missiles.
