本周共有六个州禁止抖音

TikTok ban is gaining momentum across the US. This week a total of six states banned the Chinese owned short video platform on state issued devices. That's including New Jersey, Ohio, Mississippi, Wisconsin, North Carolina and Arkansas. Meaning half of all US states have now said that they'll do the same.

抖音禁令正在美国各地盛行。本周，共有六个州禁止在州政府发放的设备上使用这个中共国拥有的短视频平台。这包括新泽西州、俄亥俄州、密西西比州、威斯康辛州、北卡罗来纳州和阿肯色州。这意味着美国一半的州现在已经表示他们将采取同样的做法。

The governors of Wisconsin and North Carolina signed orders on Thursday banning Tiktok on government devices. Wisconsin Governor Tony Evers also confirmed bans on other Chinese companies including telecom gear companies Huawei and ZTE, surveillance equipment provider Hikvision and Tencent the owner of popular social media platform WeChat.

威斯康辛州和北卡罗来纳州的州长周四签署命令，禁止政府设备使用抖音。威斯康辛州州长Tony Evers还确认了对其他中共国公司的禁令，包括电信设备公司华为和中兴，监控设备供应商海康威视和流行社交媒体平台微信的所有者腾讯。

North Carolina Governor Roy Cooper signed an order directing officials to develop a new policy within 14 days. The new rule will prohibit TikTok, WeChat and potentially other applications that present cybersecurity risks on state devices.

北卡罗来纳州州长Roy Cooper签署了一项命令，要求官员在14天内制定一项新政策。新规则将禁止抖音、微信和可能存在网络安全风险的其他应用程序在州政府设备上使用。

Mississippi Governor Tate Reeves issued a directive Wednesday saying his state won't wait for the Chinese Communist Party to steal state government data. Video sharing at TikTok is owned by ByteDance, a developer headquartered in China.

密西西比州州长Tate Reeves周三发布指令，称该州不会等待中共窃取州政府数据。抖音上分享的视频是由总部在中共国的互联网公司字节跳动所拥有。

The US House of Representatives pushed a similar ban in December blocking the app from federally managed devices.

美国众议院在12月推动了一项类似的禁令，阻止联邦管理的设备使用该应用程序。
