危重是有指标的。不是烧到40度就算危重的。

危重的病人是指：

• signs of a heart attack  
  chest pain, pressure, heaviness, tightness or squeezing across your chest
• signs of a stroke  
  face dropping on one side, can’t hold both arms up, difficulty speaking
• sudden confusion (delirium)  
  cannot be sure of your own name or age
• tried to end your life  
  by taking something or harming yourself
• severe difficulty breathing  
  not being able to get words out, choking or gasping
• heavy bleeding  
  spraying, pouring or enough to make a puddle
• severe injuries  
  after a serious accident
• seizure (fit)  
  someone is shaking or jerking because of a fit, or is unconscious (can’t be woken up)
• sudden, rapid swelling  
  of the lips, mouth, throat or tongue

体温烧多少度都不算危重。
