蔡的论文大概率在伦敦大学的Institute Of Advanced Legal Study的图书馆里面

按照LSE 2019年10月8日的声明， 当时学位统一有University Of London发。

论文要先送到  Senate House Library （维基上说：We are the central library for the University of London and the School of Advanced Study.就是伦敦大学和其研究生院的总图书馆）

根据LSE的声明， 该总图书馆收到过此蔡的论文， 但是已经转给

Institute Of Advanced Legal Study （如果和美国学校类似的话，那么英国学校的法律专业应该是只有研究生级别的，所以这个法学院也应该收伦敦大学研究生院
