I don't think you understood the article

(1): "七年期待之后，北京市民无奈地接受城市的改变——奥运前夜中国首都揭秘" -- that's not Times' title. That's your title. Times did not use it at all.

(2): "喜新厌旧——老街区被拆毁重建只为迎奥运" -- that's your title, not Times'.

(3): Nowhere in the article does it say that the picture above came from "老街区". You said it, not Times.

(4): Frankly, you have done more "移花接木" than Times. I would be very embarrassed if you choose to write to Times to complain about the above article. You apparently did not understand it.
