Why don't you think Dalai is pursuing TI?

I had lived in Tibetan area for four years, I know how Tibetan people respect Dalai, and how his influence could be as a spiritual leader. I also talked with two members who came from TYC and made friends with them. Then I understood 100%, how Tebetan people, including TYC, will follow him, if Dalai would really positively give up TI, and claim human rights in a peace way all the time.

The fact is: Dalai never gives up TI, but he gives up peace and human rights claim. That's why the riots happened. Since 3.14 riots, I lost my respect to Dalai completely. (You can't imagine how strongly I had spoken for Tibetan & Dalai before, even when he did pursue TI).

And actually he IS the leader of the Exile government, and upmost leader of TYC. How can a leader get rid of the responsibility to riots and violence which raised by TYC by just excusing "I'm just a normal monk. I'm not everyone's leader?"

Can you imagine President Hu Jing Tao could say to the world "I'm just a normal people, I can't control every Chinese officers. Not everyone will listen to me. So I have no responsibility to whatever bad things they do."?! Of course, you won't believe, you would be angry, laugh at and blaim him. You would say, "You, as the leader, MUST take the responsibility!"

That's why I agree with the Chinese government this time: Dalai should be responsible to the riots and killings. Dalai should be responsible to TI, TYC, and what TYC claims and does. No matter how many times Dalai claims he is not pursuing TI to the world.
