SCOTUS pushes states to respond by Thursday

The court really doesn't care about the details of the defense.  They just wait for a formal reply then deny the Demand 2 and Demand 3.

As for Demand 1, they can let it run for years or months if the plantif has money to burn.  The outcome won't affect the election.

The plantiff is indicted.  He is hoping for a presidential pardon.
