they have the Constitution authority to act, no matter what the judge said, but what she said is also a proof that the voting was unconstitutional

A 1938 law ceded the assignment of electors to the popular vote but that authority can be taken back by the legislature at any time. That is what the resolutions that were submitted today are about.
