We recently became aware of British Columbia (BC) residents investing in shares of GTV Media Group Inc. (GTV) (subsidiary of Saraca Media Group Inc.)

GTV and Saraca Media Group Inc. are not registered to sell securities in BC and have not filed a prospectus with the British Columbia Securities Commission.

We urge BC residents to exercise caution when dealing with companies that are not registered to issue shares.
