我已经有一两个星期同国内家人联系不上 以下是电话公司回答我的问题：

We want to inform you that there are currently some problems witch calls to China.
Our telecommunication partners told us that one carrier in China is generally blocking a large amount of calls because there were some problems with spam calls in the past.
This is the reason why it is currently difficult for us to connect your calls to China. This problem concerns not just us, but other companies offering calls to China as well.
