If China returns back to "isolation",

stop cheating, stealing,  grabbing markets and forcing it's culture/values around world, maybe wars can be avoid.

In fact, that's the best outcome for China, with what it gained from the west in the last 30+ yrs, it's economy should be ok for a while.  If China is wise enough, it should focus on building up healthy economic infrastrucutre, and political system reform.  More or less like Russia.
