川普政府没有国防部长，司法部长，也没有幕僚长。股市跌了15%，政府要关门，总统被自己的司法部的刑事调查点名。

总统从叙利亚和阿富汗撤军的决定，收到国会两党反对，国防部长辞职，但是受到了俄罗斯总统的称赞。
