Breaking: A federal judge rules in favor of CNN, Acosta, orderin

..ordering the WH to reinstate his hard pass.

To those who want to blame "the deep state", Judge Kelly was nominated by Trump, confirmed by the Senate on a 94-2 vote last year.

Judge says the White House“must provide due process if they are to revoke Mr. Acosta's hard pass." On Acosta "laying hands" on WH intern, judge says that's "likely untrue."
