十四修正案，字面理解

All person born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside.

请问，归化（naturalized）公民是不是公民？

如果说，subject to jurisdiction of US，是指只忠于美国，没有外国国籍，那么所有有双重国籍的美国人，都不是美国公民了。

历史修正主义正在风行。

宪法选择了subject to jurisdiction of US，没有选择not subject to foreign power，是有法律后果的。
