You acted like you never met or know anything about CCP.
CCP is above everything in China and must have absolute control over key and critical posts. It has nothing to with corruption. Chen made his mistakes not in corruption but politically. Chen was disobedient to Hu, reasoning that Jiang would take care of him. It turns out he was wrong. Those corruption charges are just pretexts. In fact, you probably can file such a charge to every CCP official these days.

From Chen's matter, one can not confuse with legislation reform, corruption, self-monitoring of CCP. It is just another cleancing dissenters in CCP power transition. It happens each time CCP changes guards. Why is this time different?
