These disability rates are not the ones used to determine who gets federal disability benefits under the Social Security program. That’s a completely different system. So these numbers don’t represent people saying they’re disabled just to get a government check. Rather, these are answers to Census Bureau survey questions asking people why they’re not in the labor force.

第一，这个数据只代表了因为disability而没有工作的人，都不代表人是不是去claim了disability benefits

第二，这个数据更看不出有多少本来不是disability但是却声称自己是disability的。
