俄罗斯前特工斯克里帕尔父女在英国被毒害案，禁止化学武器组织周四公布英国索尔兹伯里“神经毒剂”事件的样本分析结果，确认此前英国的调查结论，即斯克里帕尔父女是遭到高纯度的神经毒剂毒害。

 

禁止化学武器组织在声明中表示，根据指定实验室对该组织专家所采集样本的分析结果，“在索尔兹伯里导致三人严重受伤的化学物品性质问题上，确认英国的调查结果。”英国政府此前公布的调查结论称，该事件中使用的是一种军事级别的神经毒剂，名叫“诺维乔克”（Novichok）。

 

不过，报告没有提及毒剂就是英国所指的“诺维乔克”, 也没有提及谁要为两人被毒害的事件负责, 该组织指, 他们只是辨识毒剂的成份，不是追查来源或追究责任。

 

禁止化学武器组织在声明中指出，“指定实验室进行的生物样本分析显示，入院的三人接触到了该有毒化学物质。指定实验室进行的环境样本分析显示，样本中存在该有毒化学物质。”

 

声明还提到，技术专家注意到该有毒化学物质的纯度很高，几乎不含杂质。

 

禁止化学武器组织表示，该有毒化学物质的名称和构造包含在提交给秘书处的保密报告中，该组织成员国均可浏览。
