应该是作者先有了'diversity is our/their strength' 这个结论，然后再去 cherrypick 一些现象去努力凑成‘证据’。
并不是说 diversity is not a strength，但在 diversity, shared value, 拿来主义，上进心，和许多基本价值里，diversity 恐怕排不上 Empire Rise/Fall 的主要原因。
