This is a parody of the little red book of Quotations from Chairman Mao but with humdingers gleaned from the speeches of the ex-premier, from 1986 to 1991of British Columbia, Bill van der Zalm: "If anybody is able to work, but refuses to pick up a shovel, we will find ways of dealing with him".
