感觉按人世间的、这个地球的标准来衡量好坏，基本上是没有标准的，什么叫做好的生活，什么叫一辈子过的好？没有一个客观的标准。
但是如果按佛教的世界观（或其他基督教的世界观），就可以有很客观的标准，佛教的标准就是“解脱”，能认识佛性、明心见性，这辈子就算成功了。因为，解脱后，从此不再迷惑。事还是要继续有，但是心就不再迷惑了。类似科学认识，日蚀继续是日蚀，月食继续是月食，但是不会再迷信天狗要吃月亮了。解脱后就不会再恐惧、挣扎了。
