我确实犯了不严谨的错误

根据 statista 的数据，和 nato 自己的网站，2024 defense expenditures, 如果都转换成‘2015 constant USD'的话，美国是754.7Billion, "all other NATO members"加起来是 353.2Billion. 所以美国花的是其他所有国家加起来的两倍以上，而不只是两倍。

我知错就改。
