真的让人跌破眼镜。我如果在德国，多半已经要被抓监狱了。Depends on the definition,  我觉得我多半 insult 过别人。可能这个贴就可以被认为是在 insult German Policy, or malicious gossip。

(German Prosecutors) Yes, the fine could be even higher if you insult someone in the internet.

(TV) The Prosecutors explain German law also prohibits the spread of malicious gossip, violent threats, and fake quotes.
(Host) If somebody post something that is not true, and somebody else repost it, or likes it, are they commiting a crime?
(German Prosecutor) In the case of reposting it is a crime as well.

（主持人）如果有人发布了不实的内容，而其他人转发了或者点赞了，这是否构成犯罪？
（德国检察官）转发也属于犯罪行为。
