真的让人跌破眼镜。我如果在德国,多半已经要被抓监狱了。Depends on the definition,  我觉得我多半 insult 过别人。可能这个贴就可以被认为是在 insult German Policy, or malicious gossip。

(Host) If somebody post something that is not true, and somebody else repost it, or likes it, are they commiting a crime?
(German Prosecutor) In the case of reposting it is a crime as well.
