欧洲DS都是全民医保。奥巴马医改时这里人很关注，后来知道大幅度降低了无医保比例。不知川同学概念可是要最终实现“全民”:)

另外这类电视辩论，在历史长河里往往会有一句“名言”沉淀而出，最终成为代表这次辩论的文化符号。

比如高卢历史上几个脍炙人口、妇孺皆知的文化符号（连油管上都有，有的甚至有维基词条）：:-)

74年，吉斯卡尔 to 密特朗：

“Vous n'avez pas le monopole du cœur.”

81年，密特朗 to 吉斯卡尔：

“que... vous soyez devenu l'homme du passif.”

88年，密特朗 to 希拉克：

“Mais vous avez tout à fait raison, Monsieur le Premier Ministre.”

12年，奥朗德 to 萨科奇：

“Moi président de la République”

etc.

观其世界尺度的影响，“they're eating the dogs, they're eating the cats”不无成为世界文化符号的潜质 :-)

另外，“They're eating the pets of the people that live there”，和埃科同学所说的大仲马《基督山伯爵》里常见造句，“Il se leva sur la chaise d'où il était assis (“He rose from the chair upon which he was sitting”).”，不无异曲同工之妙 :-)
