发在文学城上太浪费了。我其实不太理解，为什么没有一个比较centralized的海外组织，把这些记录收集一下呢。

现在做这个成本也不高，普通人能用的技术都很成熟了。关键是要有人来组织。Non profit orgnization的门槛非常非常低。拉赞助也是很容易拉得到的，当年有热血和现在有时间来干这个的人，应该不少。不需要一个大团队，有那么几个人也就够了。否则大团队还容易起内讧。
