从第四张起，足可以和裴多非的两首“姊妹”诗，《The song of the dogs》 和 《The song of the wolves》，遥相呼应。

前者英译是这样的（网上有）：

Loud the storm is howling

The twin sons of winter,
snow and rain, sleet by.

What's that to us? We have
