一直想参加Satipatthana四念柱的正式课程

参加过 Vipassana Meditation taught by Goenka,祥见 www.dhamma.org

对Satipatthana 四念柱课程的入门要求很高.要经过多次的Vipassana课才可以参加,

同为南传佛法.不知道马哈西禅法和这个有什么异同,直接可以参加Satipatthana四念柱课吗?海外有禅修中心吗?
