Indian hedgehog, Desert hedgehog and the most famous Sonic Hedgehog. I heard a young guy in New York went for Nobel conference several years ago for his SHH and cancer study.
In a board sense, SHH belongs to developmental genes, which is also related with abnormal development and cancer. That is why it is so hot.
