以上就是说，不光是美国公民，永久居留者，甚至所有身在美国的人（无论什么身份）都不得随便去古巴。如果去了，而且不幸被抓到，对非移民签证者，美国政府可能会取消他的签证，然后遣送回原住国，就是You're a visitor to the US on a visa. If they catch you and want to, they can revoke your visa and send you home, and you have no appeal. 

所以我说，在政府没有明确放开限制之前，你们谁都不要冒险前往。
