Cruise.com does have low price, though not on all sailings. When you book a cruise, you may also need to book air fair, insurance, etc. Some travel agent can give you a better whole package. Besides, cruise.com doesn't have the best reputation in after sale service. So if something goes wrong, you may wish you have a agent to talk to.

There are lots of risk factors in booking cruises, I personally still believe it's one of the best way to travel. But be sure to understand all the risky factors and be prepared for them.
