圣诞节去加勒比CRUISE

大家好,我和我老婆想在圣诞节去加勒比CRUISE,想向大家请教一下是否有人知道我们应该去哪些公司订票,或者可以在哪里找到这方面的Deal.另外还有几个问题想请教一下:

我我和我老婆都是F1签证,如果CRUISE到其他国家,比如MEXICO,上岸需不需要签证呢?在回到船上(应该算是美国领土吧)需不需要美国的签证呢
