顶!顶!顶!家乡油泼扯面!

 

油泼扯面 is so good! 我妈也是地道的西安人! Every time after we had rice, she always has to have a little bit 馍 or 饼, otherwise she'll feel that she is hungry! 

She also made lots kind of local foods for us, they are so good and still in my memory. Unfortunately, she got Parkinson 10 years ago and cannot cook any more. I miss that so much!
