回京品尝美食汇报~~

一回到北京,我们的食欲大增,就像饕餮一样!

回家后第一顿早餐特想吃油条豆腐脑啥的,可是附近多是私人小摊儿,不敢去吃!只好驱车去了双安商场附近的老字号“砂锅居”吃早点!我吃了一张油饼、一碗豆腐脑、一碗煮炸豆腐,外加一个肉包子。。。真香啊!好久没这么痛快的吃早餐了,这胃口让老公着实地吓了一小跳~~~:))

接下来在京城四处四处寻摸美味~~~~烤鸭、广式早茶、涮火锅、京菜、川菜、淮阳菜,还有什么韩国菜、全素菜馆啦!还有每次回去一定要吃的梅园的奶酪、奶饽饽、奶卷和奶酪干,庆丰的包子、瓷瓶酸奶、糖炒栗子。。。。。好吃的实在太多了!

有时忘带相机、有时上菜慢等不到一一拍照,只拍了一部分美食图片!

金源时代购物中心附近的“江南赋”是一家以淮扬菜为主的餐厅:其中狮子头和东坡肉都不错(但是忘拍片子了)!

航天桥附近的“苏浙酒楼”也是不错的一家苏浙沪菜馆,菜做的比较精细,这家的狮子头也很嫩很香!

建国门外大街友谊商店对面的一个胡同里找了这家上海菜馆“老弄堂”,点了鸡汁百合爆油条、鲍汁茄丁和狮子头等,味道还不错!

日坛公园东边的“羲和雅居”环境还不错。其中点的排骨年糕、萝卜干炒毛豆,肉饼挺好吃的,还有一道芋泥做的甜羹也很好!

这次回去吃过“鸭王”和“全聚德”的烤鸭。

特别特别喜欢双安商场附近的那家“全聚德”要的包间,但不收包间费,而且上菜挺快。鸭子烤的很地道,片鸭子的是个很年轻的姑娘,技术很娴熟,一只鸭子片下来的肉足足有快两盘!服务生说店里有规定的一只鸭子至少要片90刀的!我们一共7个人点了一只半鸭子吃的饱饱的!而去“鸭王”或“九花山”的烤鸭店一只鸭子只片下一小盘鸭肉,5-6个人至少要上两只鸭子才够~~~

在网上查到的全聚德片烤鸭的程序:

一只2000克的烤鸭,可片出约90片肉。
片鸭顺序是:先割下鸭头,使鸭脯朝上,从鸭脯前胸突出的前端向颈奶部斜片一刀,再以右胸侧片三四刀,左胸侧片三、四刀,切开锁骨向前掀起。片完翅膀肉后,将翅膀骨拉起来,向里别在鸭颈上。片完鸭腿肉后,将腿骨拉起来,别在膀下腑窝中,片到鸭臀部为止。右边片完后,再按以上顺序片左边。1只2000克的烤鸭,可片出约90片肉。最后将鸭嘴剁掉,从头中间竖发一刀,把鸭头分成两半,再将鸭尾尖片下,并将附在鸭胸骨上的左右两条里脊撕下,一起放入盘中上席。

我看了给我们片鸭子的姑娘就是完全这样片鸭子的!特别是第一刀片下来的上胸部的那块酥脆的皮切成小片,单放在一个盘里先上桌,可以蘸着白糖吃,很香!

买了不少“柳泉居”的豆包当早点的:

在京期间看电视上总做这“老北京”酸奶的广告,就跑超市买了两盒尝了尝,味道还行,但和一般瓷瓶酸奶比较也没什么更特别的!

此外特别提一句:喜欢泡温泉的话可以去“裕龙大酒店”(航天桥往西不远)泡温泉!这次我们和朋友一起去了那里:泡温泉、洗澡、搓澡、揉脚丫儿!自助餐(各种中西菜点,还有烤鸭、寿司、生鱼片。。。。),晚上户外温泉区还有BBQ!

好了,就这些了!

饕餮美食是有代价的,一个月下来添了好几磅!接下来要开始节食啦~~~
