没有菜谱，我都是凭感觉做菜，我喜欢买中等偏小些的salmon，
也喜欢salmon的“亲戚”steelhead trout（steelhead trout比
salmon薄，香煎鱼的时候很好做）。 大而厚的Salmon我老是做
不好。
