很好吃的希腊菜 新鮮香草牛肉酿红椒

材料: 4個辣椒, 1汤匙橄榄油, 半个洋葱(切粒) 2瓣大蒜(切碎) 1杯番茄酱(我用新鮮烤蕃茄酱) 1茶匙oregano 半杯香菜(parsley),莳萝,薄荷(切碎) 1 / 4杯意大利米(arborio rice) 半磅碎牛肉 盐和胡椒粉适量 1杯水 2汤匙橄榄油.

香菜(parsley),莳萝,薄荷切碎.

炒香洋蔥,下蒜頭炒香.

把焗好的蕃茄去衣,放在攪拌機攪成茸,放下鑊和洋蔥同炒,關火.把醬汁放在盆里.

下意大利米, 香菜(parsley),莳萝,薄荷在汁里.

下牛肉攪勻.

下鹽, 胡椒粉攪勻,調味.

紅椒洗干淨,切去蓋子,去辣椒籽,把肉放入紅椒.

加1杯水 2汤匙橄榄油,放入預熱焗爐350至370F焗1小時半至2小時即成.
