请教 one question. "前些天和朋友联手做了些腊肠和腊肉",how did you dry 腌好的腊肉? Hanging outside? Now it is between 15°C (Daytime)and 7°C (night time),腌好的腊肉 can be hung outside? (sorry cann't type chinese,only can copy chinese) If not, how should I do? someone suggested hanging in the fridge,how to hang in the fridge?Smell would be full of the whole fridge? Expecting your good ideas!
