周末到了,周末早餐吃东北早餐油饼,熏三文鱼和炒鸡蛋,好吗?

来美国学会了做scone,又叫fried bread。但从来没有想起来做我们中国东北的家常油饼。上个星期日试了一次。
Here is the full breakfast menu: 
东北家常油饼
Smoked Salmon:
Scramble eggs:
Homemade crabapple juice:
Coffee

早餐 Menu 
东北家常油饼
熏三文鱼
软炒鸡蛋
家做海棠果汁
Coffee




家常油饼Recipe很简单:
3杯面
1杯水
2TBSP 糖
半tsp 盐
2 tsp yeast
和好面,让它发起1小时。按你对大小的喜欢,分成几个等份。看下图:



Roll each dough to flat. Cut some strips in the middle of the dough.
面团杆成片状,中间划几条口。
     
Heat oil in a cast iron pan with 2 inch of oil. Fry each dough to golden brown on both side.
大口铁锅加油加热。油要有2英寸高。油饼两面炸黄。




Here is finished product: 这是炸好的油饼


Our neighbor Kathy gave us some smoked salmon. She smoked by herself. It is the best smoked salmon I have ever had. It is so delicious with scramble eggs.
我家邻居kathy自己钓的三文鱼,并自己熏的。是我一生中吃过的最好的熏三文鱼。鸡蛋打碎加些牛奶,炒好,又软又松。配上熏三文鱼真的太合适不过。好好吃!
