印尼烤鸡 - Ayam Percik
前面帖子里晚餐吃的烤鸡.. 是印尼很著名的一道菜.. 给大家上做法:
新鲜叶浆, 自己磨椰子, 自己挤的椰浆喔, 烤鸡一定要新鲜叶浆.. 盈盈也是到昨天才发现有老椰卖..(嫩耶没有浆, 只有水.)

鸡腿横划几刀, 以便入味..

姜, 葱和香茅加入罗望子(50ML)汁和椰浆(300ML),盐, 黑胡椒粉,和桂皮粉搅拌成糊..

倒入鸡肉里..搅拌均匀后腌一个晚上..

第二天拿出来看看.. 椰浆凝固了, 只有新鲜的椰浆才有这样的效果..

再次搅拌均匀..

烤箱预热, 200 度.
把鸡肉放到烤盘上..

再加上一点腌料..

入烤箱烤6分钟后翻面再烤6分钟.. 就行了..
烤好啦..
