not to be picky though :P the dishes don't really match. generally you should start with a FLAT large plate. then the actual serving dish thats about 2/3 the radius (still visually quite large and flat) that actually holds very small amount of food because it's shallow. overall large and flat and shallow with a little bit of food :D I like large monocolored square plates with shallow dishes. I prefer solid colored placemats too to not take too much attention away from the food.

Soare plates with Motto bowls go well :) especially if u could find similar square plates with strong solid colors to go with the white bowls.
