此外,在烹调牛排是,牛排的生熟程度通常为分5个级别,或者类别,rare, medium rare, medium, medium well, well done
但是,我喜欢分为7个级别(这可是我自己的喜好,不同意的可以一笑了之,谢谢!):
即blue rare, rare(out side cold),rare(out side warm);medium(center cold),medium(center has blood),medium(center no blood),well done(中国人最爱的).
