To die for! Shredded beets one and a half cup Shredded carrots,lll one cup Chopped onion, quarter Chopped potatoes, two large ones Chopped cabbage or beet leaves and stems Fillet mignon, cooked, 8oz One half lemon, One diced tomato, One tablespoon of salt, Seven pieces of black peppercorns, Three bay leaves, Three cloves of garlic Half tablespoon of olive il. First heat the oil, put beets and carrots in a large 3 liter stockpot, add 1/4 cup water, simmering for 20 minutes. minced onion pan fried for two minutes, Add tomatoes and onions into the pot, Boil 2 liter of water,add into the pot, Add potatoes,cabbages,meat,peppercorn, salt,bay leaves,squeezed lemon juice in,simmer for 20 minutes to half hour.
